Key Art respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid removal requests.
1. How to submit a notice
If you believe content on Key Art infringes copyright or related rights, please email support@key.art with the following:
1) Identification of the work you claim has been infringed (or provide a representative list).
2) Exact URL(s) on Key Art where the material appears.
3) Your contact information (name, email, address, phone).
4) Proof of authority (if you are acting as an agent).
5) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
6) A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
7) Your physical or electronic signature.
2. What happens next
Upon receiving a complete notice, we will review it and may remove or restrict access to the reported content. We may request additional information to verify rights or authority.
3. Counter-notice (optional)
If you believe content was removed in error, you may reply with a counter-notice explaining why you believe you are authorized to reference the content and provide your contact details. We may share your counter-notice with the party who submitted the original notice where permitted by law.
4. Repeat notices
We may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
